    SRT-4 Hurst Pistol Grip Shifter

This is the entire assembly. Woodgrain grip. In mint condition except for the very top that shows the shift pattern, has a crack in it.

    $130

Re: SRT-4 Hurst Pistol Grip Shifter

Just snapped these real quick. I don't know why the quality came out like this. Anyways, these pictures don't do this piece justice. The chrome finish is flawless. No scratches at all. It looks brand new except for the plastic piece that's cracked which is pictured.

    Handle is plastic FTW.

    Thanks. Glad you asked.

BTW, stock shift boot has to be slightly tweaked, i.e. a couple stiches taken out do to the thickness of the shifter. No, third won't hit the radio/climate console from what I'm told.

Re: SRT-4 Hurst Pistol Grip Shifter

theres no way that is an SRT specific shifter, i have installed one that is for the SRT, that looks like someone modded a stock B-Body pistol grip for use on an SRT????

Hmmm. I don't know what to say. Do you have the dimensions of the one you installed? I thought this seemed a bit big.

Re: SRT-4 Hurst Pistol Grip Shifter

the one we installed had no bend in it for one, and that is way long, it honestly looks like the one on my Belvedere. I would put it on ebay and list it as a B-Body Hurst Pistol grip, you could probably get more than you were asking for it.

there probably both the same, if both of those models came without a console it would be the same shifter. the years for bodies goes 66-70 B-Bodies, then 70-74 B-Bodies, and they are all the same shifter wise.

I too thought it looked an awful lot like the B body stick. I know it is supposed to be a look-a-like but it suuuuuure looks good in there. How's it shift? I test drove an SRT-4 and pulled the stock knob off on a power shift into 2nd gear. kinda ruined the ride.
