I got a used short block and 2 pistons have dimples on the top in line with the valve reliefs. Can anyone tell me what this means?

I couldn't get the camera to work.
When I looked on the underside of the pistons I see a pentastar with the following number, 4105491 but no Mahle anywhere.
The other 2 pistons have the same number 4105491 and Mahle on the underside.
Would Silv-o-lite Hypereutectic pistons have a Mopar Pentastar on them?
