    4.10 gears!

I dont care about gas mileage, I just want to go faster. Is there a way to get 4.10 gears for a 413 auto tranny?

if you have custom gears made, yes
SMP has something close to that

Other than that the best you can do is 3.72, and thats not direct fit unless your real lucky and get the correct gears.

Assuming your current tires are 24" in diameter, you could go to a 205-40-14 tire and put 3.50 gears in the trans and you would have the equivalent of 4.10 gears

Call it a hunch, but I think there would be some serious calling around to find the 205/40r14s. LOL.

    Don't forget, 13" wheels won't fit over 10-1/4" brakes!

Do they make tires that small? Is there any other ways to get the gearing to 410's?

Do you want this gearing full time or just for the drag strip? You can get slicks that are 20" tall, or 21", or 22", etc.

No they don't make tires with that small of an aspect ratio in the rim sizes we are talking about that I have ever seen. Not even close actually. As I said I know a guy who had some 195/60r13s, but that was even extreme at the time.

Then your best bet is to get a really short slick, which can be found in smaller rim dia.s

I saw in summit racing there are 20h/8w/14d" drag slicks, that might work!

Or get 1.22 transfer gears with the 3.05 final drive. 3.77 is all there is with stock parts. Revs high on the highway though. (with 205-60-15's) I think FM may still have the 1.22's BTW.......
