Help! Screwed up my marker lights, now then don't work!

I was installing a remote starter in the 92 daytona, I've installed several of these before, and now the running lights/gauge lights won't work! I found a wire at the headlight switch, that when grounded turns on the running lights. When I ground it the running lights turn on fine, but when I hit the running light switch on the dash the lights do not turn on. I can't figure it out. The relays are obviously good cause I can ground the wire and turn them on like that, but the switch won't turn them on. Headlights still work with the switch but when I hit the headlight switch the dash/running lights will still not turn on. I'm suspecting a problem with the headlight/running light switch. Anyone have a pinout diagram for this switch so I can test it with my multimeter to see if it's the problem?

Any other suggestions?

This might seem like a silly question, but is the relay not letting the switch ground the wire out? Like its wired in series with the switch.

I have the extra wire that I hooked up(right at the headlight switch) just laying by the side. If I ground it the lights will work, but the intent was for that to be going to the remote start box. But even without the remote start hooked up the lights don't work.
