    Re: Stock L-Body Ride Height

best way to do it is center of hub to wheel arch, that way tire diameter doesn't effect anything. If anyone with a stock Omni/Horizon would take this measurement I would appreciate it as well/

  6. Re: 1988 omni 5 lug conversion or glh conversion

Thats right, early mopar a-bodies (pre-'73) are 5 on 4". I'm not a huge fan of putting wheels that are not the right bolt pattern on cars, even though the 5x4" would be 5x101.6mm. Might not be an...
  7. Re: 1988 omni 5 lug conversion or glh conversion

if you go that route make sure the wheels you want are available in 5x100 like the glh and most of the other factory 5 lug cars. 5x4.5 bolt pattern (same as most ford and mopar muscle cars) is...

When I click record the program either crashes, says can't connect (try turning key off then on again), or does nothing. I'm running win10. Maybe it's a problem with how windows is managing the com...

no, he's saying bypass whatever boost controller you have (you said you are not using the factory solenoid) and run manifold vacuum straight to the wastegate can. that should open it at 6-8psi. if...

    Re: TII Overboosting

iirc tII boost control the solenoid needs a vacuum signal to regulate boost, while tI defaults low boost when the line is unplugged. verify vac lines and apply 12v to the solenoid to see if it clicks

    Re: 3-bar map sensor compatibility

just want to confirm that the GM 3-bar and the S60 3-bar are close enough in voltage output where the regular (S60) 3-bar setting on a turbonator cal in mptune will work correctly with the GM map.
  15. Re: Anyone using a SMEC with the 0-1V output from a wideband?

...and the gauges in MPScan seem good (after fixing the map, not done in that log file) with maybe the exception of the charge temp?

Here's the only log file I made with the wb2nb on. Ignore the map gauge, I didn't have it set up for 3 bar yet so it reads off. LC-1...

Re: datalogging for PefTb tuning in MPTune

  19. Re: Anyone using a SMEC with the 0-1V output from a wideband?

Still playing with getting the wb2nb working. I looked at your cal and other than the timing maps the big difference seemed to be the wb offset was set to 0.187v. I set the offset in my cal to that...
  20. Re: Anyone using a SMEC with the 0-1V output from a wideband?

So the AFRwb gauge in MPScan is all figured out and working perfectly.

The NEW issue that has popped up is the part throttle AFR's with the wb2nb.

the first time I ran a cal with the wb2nb...
  21. Re: Anyone using a SMEC with the 0-1V output from a wideband?

  22. Re: Anyone using a SMEC with the 0-1V output from a wideband?

    got it!

in gauge settings the AFRwb was somewhere else in the list, so I had to re-sort by name to get it up with the other A's.

got it all set up, will check it on monday and hopefully get...

  25. Re: Anyone using a SMEC with the 0-1V output from a wideband?
