Which fusible link wire did you replace? I believe it's the white one that powers the ASD.
Did you check the O2 sensor wires like someone suggested?
Is the computer stock or an aftermarket staged...

Try another ECU. I had the exact same problem with my old 89 T1 Daytona. Changed everything you did including coolant temp sensor and speed sensor. Eventually another ECU fixed the problem.
