Parker industrial hose would be great, overkill but shouldn't be affected by the additives in the fuel these days, which I imagine played a role in the failure. ..

Good to see it's rolling down...

Airtex was our supplier at NOS for the booster pumps, and we had good luck with them, but I'd imagine any of the "name brand" pumps (Carter, Delphi, etc) would be fine for a stock replacement.

Anything is better than a failing/failed pump. Even a stock replacement you can get for cheap!

I'd go that way so you have a fun-ctional car for now, and you can upgrade later when you up the...

Pretty much just a newer style MAP, the one that's designed to be in the engine bay (like on a Mini Van, etc) with a pigtail that connects to the LM on one end and the "new" MAP on the other.

    You've come a long way!

Over_boost is a very violent thing, so if what you experienced was not, that's probably not it. If it is, hook up your scan tool and see 8f the map/computer is reading...

The injectors would do well to be cleaned professionally, that is by someone who can disassemble them, install new screens and verify pattern, flow and balance.

We do tend to forget that they...

I assume it's not just the "normal" "hiccup" at idle, which is caused by the computer interrupting the program from time to time.

That being the case, I'd start with replacing all the secondary...

Check the other plugs too, it's too easy not to, and fits Murphys Law to a tee.

The driveability issues should get better the more you drive it, assuming the SDS, etc are working properly (which they seem to be).

There is a pivot on top of the Trans that needs repair most likely.

There's a bushing there too that wears, but the post/pivot is the real fix...
