Hey Randy,

Hey Randy,
I had a rear anti-roll plate attached on my GLHT as you described almost back when it was new. I took it off as it creaked and cracked all the time. It was very annoying. I even tried...
This is what I did to my l-body control arms. Effectively boxed. You can do lots of work to the crossmember too, as the factory welds were less than ideal.
Hey Jay you tree'd me on the light. Beat me by a minute. hehe
Yeah because the larger knuckles have reversed the camber adjustment from top strut location (L-body) to lower strut location (larger car)! There is some trimming that you can do to the inside of the...
Okay here is two.
Na, AJ has one he hasn't used yet either. Hey Steve, it's been a while! Good to see a post from you.
I think many of us have thought about selling off parts we know deep down inside we won't be...
My thoughts exactly Brian. IMO, bigger is nice, but there are more gains to be had by improving the radius.
As slow as this forum is, ANY discussion should be helpful to OP.
I remember the...
Hey Chris, this big? Go big or go home right? Haha
Zach, responded on that other forum to your ?'s.
Well glad you found it Zach. One by one, all those bugs are getting worked out! Yes those squirrels once got into the interior of one of my l-bodies. They decided the top of my radio was a good place...
Looks like you're correct. Here is a couple scanned pages from 86 FSM.
Good luck,
Todd
The bypass valves are prone to leaks, esp. aftermarket ones. That is main reason for eliminating them. I have removed mine from several cars with working AC. All work great without it. Not much of a...
Yes at the valve. Your duration @.050 is much bigger. Better be checking clearances at piston, guide, seal, spring coil bind, and retainer. Doubtful it will be a non interference engine with that...
Here is the cam card from LRE that I told you about in PM. Was originally in Steve Calder's CSX then into boost geek's car.

My best guess is no larger than 2.25" You can always cut off outlet and weld on larger one. I've done it many, many, times. EZ to do if you have access to a Mig or Tig welder. Being a 89, it should...
Zach,
Yes Mr. injector. Bill Johnson does a great job, and is very fair on his pricing, shipping charges, and turn around time. You even get some Jolly Rancher candy out of the deal!
Just make sure...
Have your engine guy make sure he sets up the machine properly for your application. For starters, many V8 cams have the opposite lobe on the end. So make sure he knows the belt end lobe on the end...
Nick,
You should go back and read this thread. The answer to your question was talked about at length, by some pretty knowledgeable people on this forum. Read posts that have info on Cam-Pro, Cam...
Hey Nick,
Just saw this. I looks like I'm not getting notifications from T-M anymore (again), so sorry for the delay. At the moment, I have no 8V engines on stands (that aren't completed), or have...
Sounds like it's running great Pat! Reviewing the dragstrip results and the pics of the stock appearing turbo, I'd say it either has a T3-60 trim or S-60 compressor wheel installed. IMO, the bevel in...
I always tighten the studs down to end of thread on stud using jamb nuts. Then let the thread lock dry thoroughly before tightening the jet nut. If I feel any stud move, I start over. I do this to...
What a great deal Phil! If I wasn't 1200 miles away, it would be sold.
This should sell quickly at this price.

Yeah TU has been selling the wrong sized 3/4" hose for years. 5/8" hose fits nice and snug. 11/16" appears to be actual size, but that is hard to find in a silicone hose. As you found, 3/4" is too...
I've used both stainless and high strength metric bolts. Both with about equal results. There is one swingvalve bolt that penetrates the housing, if any are gonna snap off it always seems to be that...
I just gave a new one away that DartGTS340 made. Had it sitting on a workbench for a year or two. I bought it for my friends 89 GTC that recently sold first on the forums, then a few months later on...
