I have not made up my mind yet. I'm leaning towards a rear mount with a custom heat shield. I believe this will give me the needed room up front for my custom intake and intercooler piping.

HaHa, I hear ya! That conn rod is actually from the smallest engine we build. Some of our larger ones have man hole cover sized cylinder bores.
