Ok? go to any parts store and get a sway bar end link kit for a 96 pontiac sunfire and rob the bushings out of it. It should only cost about $15.00 Napa #18230-HB

The heavy positive cable that goes to the starter should not be fused, but the smaller (#10) wire that goes to the fuse box should have one, IMO. Go to napa and get an AMG fuse and use small bolts...

Tighten it before you try to back it off... I don't know why, but it helps. And everything else they said.
