I sure appreciate you taking the time to post with a picture James!!
It was tough to do but moving the PS pump was the answer.
Had to unhook the fuel lines and some wiring to get in there.
...
That would probably do it but would be beyond my my physical ability's.

This is what I have been dreading but probably removing the PS may be the way to go.
The old one is still in but probably not frozen as it was out recently.
There isn't any room in an L body to even get a stubby wrench or o2 socket.
K based cars have much more room in that...
After wiring in my new heated o2 I then decided to try and install it.
Naturally the old one had to be removed but I wasn't concerned.
I had it out when the Engine was on the bench before...
