I second what HSKR said. Or at the least direct one 'where' to post such a thread.
Somewhat unreasonable request I think given as I stated, I'm simply attempting to see if anyone might be interested.

If it was my only TD I might fix it up myself. I've got everything to make it decently quick. Heck if memory serves me it's lighter than the convert Lebaron which with the available set-up ran a...
How about that Autozone did have a record of the purchase. Bought it in 2002. It's was for an '94 Ford Thunderbird (EFI 6cyl) pn E 2044, $74.99....
How about if I replace the fuel-pump, would that cause anyone to be interested?
Thanks for the replies. I've actually got one from Autozone in my SC, put it in there years ago when I T2ed it, but I didn't record the pn with the rest of the conversion info. I wonder if Autozone...
Dang, must not be any ole timers on here anymore that remember this, or they're like me and can't remember. Either way the stone cold silence seems unusual.
Anyone remember which ford fuel pump was a good alternative to a Walbro?
It was used in their Thunderbird Super Coupe as I recall, but I can't remember which year.

I've got one, but it ain't in the best shape. Rust has gotten to it. And it needs a fuel pump..., and the motor rattles when ya start it up.
I assumed it would have something to do with whatever only starts functioning after a couple minutes of warm-up. Which I know the o2 sensor does.....
This is my '86 Chrysler T&C I did a T2 conversion on.
It runs nice and smooth for a couple minutes, then is gets rough, and has a frequent miss a cruise speeds. If I accelerate hard it seems to run...
I see his info says he's a "Authorized Vendor Turbo Mopar Vendor" but I don't see him in the vendor section.
If I needed an a/t for a daily driver T&C wagon with 2.2 TII having a high boost setting of 20lbs. And if it needed to shift itself and tow from time to time, and of course, use the big spline axles....
Yep. When I stepped back to investigate I didn't like what I found.
I'm considering buying one in this condition. I haven'y actually talked to the seller yet to ask what it's doing. The ad simply says it'll drive but you'll have to tow it.
I would think a rebuild...
Anyone know if there has been a problem with these? And who is the go to guy for rebuilding one? (just the a/t that is)
Yeah I hear yeah. I mostly pay attention to how many people have owned the vehicle, and for how long.
Never mind I got it. Seems this is the second owner. And there is no negative info appearing on the 'carfax' report.
But checking NADA, Edmunds, and KBB the price isn't as good as I'd thought.
Sounds good guys. Say, does anyone have a 'carfax' account they can check a vin for me?
