What all does the van need to be a driver again besides the engine?

How much rust is on the under belly? Are there any holes under the carpet? Is the exhaust still there?

gotta watch the vacume with custom grinds. I have seen some MP cams only give like 12-14 pounds of vac at idle. again this is where the dyno tuning will help
