Re: 86 Turbo Z Coolant Line question

I've seen a set where it didn't hug the head very close. Figure out how much distance you need to take off one leg, go to a hydraulic hose shop and they should be able to modify or just make you a...

    Re: 1990 Daytona ES 2.5 Turbo 1 5-speed project

Get a passenger side motor mount for a 1990+ convertible. They stop so the engine rocking but don't transmit any vibration to the car. Best thing about 1990+mounts.

    Re: Headlight replacements?

You have to modify the buckets a bit, I also can't remember if you need the adapter plugs that rallylights.com sells but other than that they'll plug into the stock setup. Now the best way is to...

Re: L body rear bar question

The spindles went designed for the l body strut. Some grinding might allow you to get more camber but camber plates might be necessary. They'd also help your roll center and camber curve as well.

Re: L body rear bar question

How much camber do you have at each corner? Any additional caster? What are your toe settings? You can probably dial most of it out changing those. Is it a Shelby charger with the factory welded on...

Re: Hot Start Issue, Any Ideas?

I had to add 55% more fuel at idle when I added a ported head and tubular header to my car. Everywhere else swapped from about being 10-15% rich to 10-15% lean when looking at the adaptives. So about...

Re: Hot Start Issue, Any Ideas?

The ECU will adjust fueling +/- 25% you added 20% larger injectors, cut the fuel pressure by over half and then added mods that give you probably 15% more air flow. Turn the fuel pressure back up to...

    Re: Headlight replacements?

Hope you're not replacing bulbs every two months with that much wattage. I remember running 100w bulbs in my Hella 550's 20 years ago and with the heat they produced they wouldn't last long. I put...

    Re: Gas tank dimensions

Anyone still interested in tanks? I work at Pyrotect fuel cells in oregon and can have these made. They probably won't be cheap, but cheaper than a fuel cell. I can ask if people want.
