excuse my ignroance but the intercooler is buried in the body in front of the left rear tire and get's its air from the side scoop in the door correct? How is the scoop on the engine cover working...

No, 90 and older. 91+ got bolt in bearings. The 90 and older 10" brakes used press in bearings and bolt on calipers brackets.

225's on a 9" rim??? going for the Hella Flush look? seems like too narrow of a tire for that rim width IMO.
