have you mixed antifreeze like have to add the all makes all models stuff to it? ive seen it before people mixing them and then sludge comes.

yea its engine oil i did put dye in it and sure enough its the engine oil

napa offers an additive called blue devil it is guaranteed as long as you do it by the directions. it is kinda expensive but i have heard it works!
