I'm only a hour or so from Lancaster, PA. I may not be in the fast car game any more, but I'll see if I can pop in one day.
Cool, Thanks guys. I'll check out the pigtail, harness, and get the CVI's checked if I dont' find anything with the wires.
22mopar: That's not bad idea, I'll have to look to see if there is...
Personally I want a nice scanner, but my wife recently lost her job so there isn't extra money in the budget for anything right now. I'm even selling my current DD this weekend and picking up a...
Thanks for your help so far. I agree that a scan would be best, but I dont' have easy access to one. I think I'll trace the lines and if I don't find any issues flip the bill for a scan of the tcm....
The speedometer reads fine. When the problem occurs there may be a quick jitter in the needle and the light comes on, but after that it works fine. The trans does go into limp mode. My wife mentioned...
Thanks for the reply. There was no metal on the sensor and I pulled the old sensor out of the trash and it only had a little bit of black schmutz on the end. I do plan on dropping the pan soon, I'll...
This is actually for my 99 Voyager so non-TD, but still a dodge. Last week it threw p0731 and p0715. I know the p0715 is the input speed sensor so I bought both that and the input, replaced them on...

Easy PLCC socket for 32 pin burner above. - $20

It was me. I built a board I could attach a bluetooth module to so I could try it for burning and datalogging (I didn't end up working with it much though). I can send you the schematic if you like,...
Yeah, I'm pretty much out of the game for now. I just don't have time between family, work, and school. Rob's a great guy and his converter is smaller and most likely better soldered than mine (I...
I just downloaded it, unzipped it, and ran it again with no issues. Make sure everything is in the same folder. It can take a min or two to run as well.
Check your ostrich where the ribbon cable plugs into it. I once pushed a pin back into the ostrich case when attaching the ribbon cable and was going crazy for a couple of days until I noitced it. I...
You mentioned to me once that you "shaved" the side of the coverter down to fit something. Are you sure you didn't cut throught one of the traces on the board? I have one left I can send you if you...
Runs fine on XP. What OS are you running?
Pm me your address and I'll send you another converter. Perhaps there is a pin with higher resistance for some reason. If it works fine with the new one just toss the old one or send it back to me,...
I was designing a kill switch which cut connection to the ecu and was toggled via a rfid fob which you could just slid past a hidden sensor, but when I sold my Omni I stopped work on it. If you are...
Expermentation. So it most likely isn't perfect, but I got 1FastCSX289's car running on 72# injectors properly by following that math. He was having a hot restart problem.
In general the problem...
Try manualy scaling FuelStartDecayIntoRun at 20% less than the rate you scale the injectors. For 72# scaling the FuelStartDecayIntoRun table to the +40's (52#) level is about right. To find out the...
I'm going to guess he figured out that the 32k file lady bug produced is too big for that 128 chip. He needed a 256 chip for it or made a 16k cal to put on it.
I don't think they do because the oil squirters are in the block on the SRT motors, but I may be wrong.
Looks like I was mistaken. Thanks for chiming in Rob.
I believe it is the CE light and you can tell because the Knock Flash actually flashes the CE light (flashes pretty quickly) as opposed to keeping it on.
Funny I never had an issue with my PLX.
I could make a straight PLCC-PDIP28 adapter. I'm not sure what the cost would be, but I'll check it out.
