otherwise, a good 2stage matte black paint after mediablasting sounds good too.
silicone up the seams from the inside and outside. let dry a few days... then SPRAY ON TRUCK BEDLINER both the inside and outside. make sure to rough up the area VERY good before the bedliner. 40grit...

i think you'll be fine. consider chemical intercooling as well if you're concerned about heat soak on the intercooler.
also, i've heard of people removing the rear rubber seal on the back side of...
Well, we found the no-start issue. at first inspection of the starter, everything seemed fine. mounted solid, wires good. the 4ga power wire going to it was slightly charged (the insulation) but...
no start symptons are just that. no start. turn the key, starter solenoid clicks, and nothing. the starter was put in last summer, and has only been used about 2months MAXIMUM, so i doubt the starter...

why not just tell... and save the trouble of us asking... you're gonna tell us eventually anyways.ss
good point
agreed. cowl hood to extract air out. no ram air hood to bring in more air... cuz then it still needs a place to escape from
try just leaving the hood off altogether... i bet that'll cool stuff...
if it's still on the schrador valve... no good. not sure where you're talking about tho. is "black thingy" the technical term for the part your referring to? :-)
Lametec beat me to it.. i was going to say get the 30R9 lines, not the 30R7. the R9's are the higher pressure reinforced ones. and make sure you get proper Fuel Line clamps too, NOT worm clamps......
do a custom centered cowl. i have a spare GLH hood that was mangled in the center for the DC intercooler at one time... i found a hood off an old Isuzu truck with an approx 1.5" raised center area,...
