For the rear cam seal, use anaerobic sealer instead of RTV. Pop just that cam cap off, clean the surfaces real well with brakecleaner and a new razorblade. Put a small line of sealer(1/16" diameter...
I don't have the FSM. The simplified breakdown is to:
Remove the axles,
Unbolt the flexplate from the converter
Pull the trans,
Unbolt the flexplate from the crankshaft
Pull/pry out the seal...
