Contact Shelgame, He should have something for ya threw his BoostButton site. http://www.boostbutton.com/
I use AEM 72Lb injectors in my engine, Fuel pressure is set to 40 psi. Runs great at all temps and fuel mileage is great also for what it is.
Cool build, And yes a rust free Omni/horizon is a great feeling. Just a heads up with those eagle rods on a 2.5 crank, You need to use Srt4 bearings. If you use the bearing from a 2.5 the tag will be...
Sorry the car is in storage till may.
I bought the Thermostat version kit, I installed it when I put the new head on. It fit perfect and no leaks at all.
So it maybe in the 9's, Does your wideband go below 10.0? Either way its very rich. This timing issue you are having sounds like a tough one, When you swapped over the injectors did the knock sensor...
Motorhead135, Just put up a post a few days ago. He is building some at work, Iam sure he can make it without the port for the reg. He is a cnc guy that does some very nice work.
For a ebay turbo stick with on3 turbo's, They seam to hold up better than the rest on there.
Good work Bryce, Now only if I had a 2piece again lol. I bet I could make it work on my intake tho.
My numbers were close to yours with a stock head, cam, springs at 17psi. I swaped out the head to a FM stg3 big valve crane beehive springs, New 4inch exhaust all the way back to in front of the left...
If your are making mounts for the NSRT4, I will wait and buy them from you. Been looking on ebay but would rather buy threw you.
I see there is only one mount you make for the srt4. Will there be more mounts/Inserts coming soon?
There is no way that build is a dog, Ya the turbo could be abit big with that converter. Has the cam timing and ing timing been set or adjusted at all to see if the power comes on sooner? Like posted...
Thanks for the input, my fuse box in my 1986 Glh is in very bad shape. This was an idea of Randy's trying to use a mini dash harness into an Omni. Randy and I will try to confirm this in the spring.
Tried to clean out my inbox with no success. Sent ya a pm.
Try to readjust the aim on the driving lights, They do help out a lot. I didn't like the part that said "the rest...
Looking for a Complete dash harness for my GLH that I'am converting to a Smec, Pay pal ready. The dash harness must be from an 1988 to 1989 Omni, Horizon.
How about if you tried the same fix on one of your other blocks, Remove the plug and see how far it does go into the hole? Just a thought to save ya a lot of work.
Wow lots of hard work going into this car, Keep it up. :thumb:
I use spirit axles, There was no fitment issue either. I took 2 driver side axles and a shadow Int shaft, You will need to center the power train after. These axles are way stronger than the crappy...
Here ya go for the Cal, http://www.boostbutton.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=25&osCsid=e5a7129b4aa4e8d8ccf549315da1b7cc A lot of people have had great success including me.
I would use 10ga and a very short ground wire, I ran my pump from the + side of the coil to a relay.
I have that happen to my car also, It was the clutch disk in pieces hitting the inside of the bell housing. You could jack the front end up so both tires are off the ground, Spin one tire back and...
I really like what you did with the intercooler! Do you have a part number and a manufacture name of it? And great job on getting it running, I've been watching this build since day 1.
