Well, I haven't heard back from him so I guess it's all yours.
I already told the other party I'll hold it for him 'til the weekend. I'll let you know if plans change or it sells. If he doesn't buy it, you'll have dibs.
Everything is still available, but I do have an interested party that I think is looking to get the lot. I'll know this weekend.
$500 is the price.
Like I said before, I just want it to go to someone that can appreciate it.
EDIT: Another thing I just remembered, it does have the high flow fuel pump in it as well. Got...

A little late, though. Transmission has been successfully put back together and the van has been sold. :)
How about enlarging the "cup" in the case to allow for a larger OD bearing? That's assuming this is even feasible. I don't know what it looks like in there. :)
Well if you get 9V, whether bulbs are connected or not, you've got some issues. :)
Because if you disconnect the bulbs there is no current going through the wires etc. No current = no voltage drop.
Remeasure with bulb in place and you'll see a whole 'nother picture.
You didn't disconnect the bulbs to measure or anything?
0.03V I would say is way, way below norm.
I see. No, I meant voltage at the battery, with car running.
I'll make a note to check voltage drops from battery terminals to chassis ground and other main connection points. Like I said above,...
0.03V? Were the headlights on?
The results:
Battery voltage at idle, high beams on: 14.67V (cold out, been sitting for weeks, just fired up)
Voltage at back of bulb: 13.65V
Drop in the ground circuit: 0.6V (back of bulb to...
How could you possibly know my battery voltage is weak without me even telling you what it is? :)
Alternator is stock (90A?) '89 Daytona Shelby vintage.
Tell you what, I'll go home and measure...
1. E-code.
2. Yes.
3. Can't recall off the top of my head, but very close to battery voltage.
4. Twice? You must have some really bad stock wiring. I wired in relays and upped the wattage, and I...
I had a less than stellar experience with them.
I bought a pair of H6545H housings and two 60/55w OPTILUX Xenon White +100% bulbs for my Shelby Z. One of the bulbs had a manufacturing defect in...
Thanks Dave! :)
I was surprised when I googled it and couldn't find one. I found a little info here and there, but nothing like that pdf!
Oops. Also noticed I wrote 912 in the OP.. was...
I just happened to be on my way to WalMart to get groceries when I noticed the bulb was out.
You just proved my point.. "less wattage". Yeah, but by how much?
There's gotta be a chart...
Is there a chart somewhere that lists common automotive light bulbs and their socket style, wattage, light output etc?
One time I needed to change the bulb in my boost gauge to one of higher...
Either they didn't put it back together right or they put a large spline differential in it.
The wires are the two wires for the AC low pressure switch (mounted on the h-valve). 1966 dart wagon has the right wires.
This also causes the fan to be on whenever the HVAC selector is in "defog"...
I think all the body styles use pretty much the same exhaust system, only difference being the distance between the cat and the first 90° bend. I know I used my H-body exhaust on my G-body just by...
Visually the 2.5 piston is about 2/3 the height of a 2.2 piston. That's why the 2.5 piston is sometimes referred to as the "tuna can" piston.
Pin is moved higher up to keep the piston from going...
It needed rebuild 'cause it slipped a lot in 2nd gear (and probably more gears).
When pulling the input shaft out, the shaft seals were pretty much non-existent.
Now he's selling the van. :D
