Re: Pics of aftermarket radiator mounting

From the angle it looks way taller than it is. From the tallest point (rad cap) they are the same height.

    Plus...

I have room for the water-air intercooler. :thumb:

Re: Pics of aftermarket radiator mounting

I'll try to post pics tomorrow, gonna try to mock it up. It's out of a piece of industrial equipment and just happened to have the in/outlets very close to the right spots. Plus it's 4 core! :thumb:

    Thanks for the info ajakeski.

I do know it will fit in a Rampage with hose modifications as that's where it's been the last 8+ years. Hope that helps too

Ya that's them... hoping for a cheaper set -used- to save some money. If no one finds a set in the next couple weeks, I'll hit that guy up from the "Bay."

    Thanks 83Rampage!

L-bodies, I'll try again to find a pic. Every time I look I just come up with the regular style handles. They look pretty much the same from what I remember but they are stationary/can't be pulled up...

    Martin,
I believe so. It's been quite a few years since I've seen any. And no old enough cars at pick a part to go look at.

Re: Ideas on a possible AZ meet

Gf gets off work around 4 I'll do what I can to bring us out. She's planning something for my birthday for sometime soon. Hope it doesn't botch Saturday at the pavs. Lol
  24. Re: intercooler thickness. How thick before it loses effeciency?

So then, next question, build a shroud for it or leave it open air around the two fans? I'm opting for a fiberglass shroud probably since I work with a guy who can glass anything.
  25. Re: intercooler thickness. How thick before it loses effeciency?

I figured it have it kick on with my regular fan for the radiator. AZ gets super hot. Pics too when I can.
