And the 4 years between this and your last post? lol
Now would be a good time to build a diffuser ;)
Gas tank is in front of the rear axle...
I know TU sells Wiseco rings in single piston packs.

I blocked the passage off with my inserts.
Oh... in that case, I think it sticks out too far. Don't think there is that much room between the rocker and the valve retainer. Again, hard to say from the pic.
Looks like it will rub the inside of the valve cover, but hard to tell in the pic.
DOHC rockers are pretty chintzy, I can see them failing easily. The 12v rockers are pretty beefy due to design and I doubt we'd have issues with breakage.
The lifters in LookOwt tick. Course it hasn't run much yet in 10 years lol.
Not enough room on the bottom side for a nut. Unless maybe you cut the rocker back.
Me and Brent have visions?delusions? of spinning a 12v to 9k :D
The ones I'm working on have a press fit insert w/ a threaded hole in the center for an adjuster screw like a factory arm, and a hole drilled in the top for it to go through. The problem I've run...
Yeah, I was the one who came up with the 4g15 rocker setup (well, me and Brent), but the rocker interference and ratio is why I decided to do something else.
I'm trying to get back on finishing my solid rocker setup too, now that I have a car (actually 2) that I can test on. What exactly is your setup again? 4G15 rockers? Or modded stock rockers?
And some TBI top hats... and Nissan injector caps... and lots of other stuff...
The top ringland to the top of the piston.
What compression are the pistons? Is the crown thickness the same as stock?
Just read through a thread on Speedtalk about issues with piston manufacturers, and the long and short of it seems to be that any custom pistons ordered between December and March are prone to have...
I think I have an old style rail laying around, I'll check and let you know.
Welcome to the club
I guess I just said it to get him to try different things. Usually I don't pay much attention to the tach, as they are notoriously inaccurate on these cars. I just get used to the feel of the car,...
Lol, I was wondering how long it'd be before you posted a drivetrain issue on the Stealth :D Those cars you definitely gotta pay to play (as with any AWD car).
Yes I still say it's a bad idea :) The mph is slower, means the power is running out. Of course, if it isn't running right, then it's all conjecture anyway ;)
