To bring this back from the dead as an update, I have had no luck. I replaced:

Power Module
Logic Module
Injectors
Injector harness
Coil
Negative battery terminal, and grounded fuel rail...

Parts are located about 10 mins from this years SDAC. I could do $170 for the intake and $90 for the AFPR picked up. I could do less if the same person bought both.
