    So your saying you didn't have to port anything on the lower half? I've probably ported minimum of 30-2 piece intakes, and IN EVERY CASE SO FAR, the #4 runner needed some work with die grinder...

    Yeah go big enough on the ports and you'll need to weld here too.

    Sounds like you had the Fel-Pro. The Fel-Pro gasket is a black paper gasket that is like 1/3 to 1/2 the thickness of the OEM white gasket. Usually one has lots of trouble trying to pry the two halves...

    Guys the plug was available separately from Mopar and it is a very common core plug. Mopar # is/was 4343924 and Dorman # is 555-084. 2.250" is the size. I remove mine everytime I port a manifold....
