I might just have to swing by on my way back home after landing in O'Hare to get my slicks from you since you got your own now. If not, it is looking like I should be able to make the July meet.

There's a 1/4 mile oval at the local Speedway here. ;) They do "Spectator Drags" every once in a while, I haven't raced in one yet, but I've watched them once... 2 cars line up and do 1 lap around...

Awesome! I just got back from an extended ANG drill weekend. So how much better than your previous PB was that, .2?

Well now the wheelie bars I once saw on a Cavalier at the track don't seem stupid to me. :P I wondered why anyone would put wheelie bars on a FWD car.

Sure, blame the track... I run my best times there. :p I don't see how a track could be better for RWD or FWB... seems like which wheels are driving the car shouldn't matter.

No oil squirters for the pistons on the NA block either. Doesn't seem to make a bit of difference though. I wish I had the oil return port on the block, but having a return drilled into the oil...

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z Update!!!

Sounds like a good idea. Why retard the timing though? Wouldn't that lower the amount of boost you get on the line? Or is that what you're after to try and reduce wheel spin?

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z Update!!!

I don't think there were really enough cars putting out enough power to warrant the expense. The few that were, went with the $8k built 31TH from DCR.

I think at the power levels JT is at...
