i put some champion RN12YC from napa in today the old plugs were gapped wider (or the electrode has receded/worn/melted) than the new plugs so maybe that was the problem
im gonna test drive it in...

everything is stock except for the g-valve
it dosnt have any trouble at 7psi and its blue when i floor it at 7psi too...
but i am gonna do new plugs today so hopefully they are just worn or...
its a pulsating (shut down, then power back, then repeat) type thing pretty fast pulsing (im not explaining it very good im sorry)
i was thinking overboost but its a t2 so overboost should be way...
any one do this does it help with either mpg or power??
i was reading on a hypermilling board a few weeks ago about it and ive been thinking about trying to do it

89 lebaron gtc t2 convertible
i have a g-valve mbc and have had it set all the way down (like 6 or 7 psi) cause i just finished the car and got it on the road like 2 and a half weeks ago

12(recent battery unhooked)

so ill check the wires to that

its a brand new battery and i cleaned the terminals when i first put it in..... so thats all good i did check some fuses but i should probably just pull them all one by one and take a quick look....
ok i ran it a little 0.2 miles according to the digital odometer.... anyway it has boost when driving but i didn't really go anywhere so i didnt have much chance to build any (to the end of the road...
its not on the road and has a rusted through muffler and cracked windshield..... (one crack but still) and there arent any blocks where i live but cops love the gas station just down the road.....

1989 chrysler lebaron gtc turbo 2; broke trans 3 years ago, i replaced it last summer, also removed ac system, did vac block with new vac hoses, and g-valve boost controler last summer and i drained...
the tire rack lists 19lb and 20.5lb wheels as "light weight"

in my Saturn when i did this i had to put a jumper in the one connector i dont remember when i took my ac out of my lebaron if it was similarly connected (electronically)
my 89 lebaron had one in the glove compartment with original bill of sale and second bill of sale im 3rd owner but got it from my mother not from a dealer....
the stock vacuum line to the wastegate goes to a solenoid on the pass side of the engine bay you need to disconnect it from that and t it into the vacuum system somewhere near the intake or hook it...
i dont understand why you would want the inside done?? what moisture is in the exhaust manifold????
but its a gtc... the 2nd page says that gtc was only produced in highline not in premium so if you look at the 1st page there are 2 production numbers that are only in highline and not in premium.......
btw does any one know how to read these if my car is a t2 gtc convertable is it one of 198 or 1 of 31??
