Sorry for the spam post. Just wanted to say hi to all the long timers here. I haven't posted in probably three years or more. My poor car has been down the entire time. Had a lot of ---- happen...
Awesome. Diane & I will be there. I have to bring my truck this year. We'll bring our tent and can set up "on the hill" with the FWD guys like we did in the past.
Cool. Are you attending the Mopar Nats this year? Diane & I will be there. I'll be in my truck though, the Daytona is up in the air still :( At least we'll have air conditioning on the drive down.
firehawk - I agree. He shipped my part in just a few days. Really got me out of a bind.
Wow - scary news when I read this. So glad to hear you are home and recovering! Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Thanks for the quick turnaround! Part showed up safely today
Complete opposite of my 87 Daytona. Passenger side spotless, driver's side gone.
Agreed - glad to see another car being spared from the grave.
Damn - sorry to read this. I hope you get the issue sorted quickly.

I can TIG weld no problem. I don't have access to a decent lathe. I'd certainly be super interested in an NOS shaft, I would keep my two for future repairs!
I've not contacted them yet. I just discovered the issue. I will talk to them about it. This place has been stroking crankshafts for 35 years. I've never heard a bad word about them, which is why...
I'm not sure what the policy is here for bumping old threads. Apologies if I should have posted in an old thread of mine.
I found a post on here from 2011, which said "If the bearing surface on...
Sounds good - thanks. I'll need to keep things simple like this, I have decided it's time to just bite the bullet and begin removing the transmission so I can do a full teardown again. I'll also be...
Thanks for the info - sorry, for rest of today I am on wife time :)
I managed to get MPScandroid installed on my phone, it connected to the module, but I never get a steady light on the bluetooth...
Very late to the party here. I've installed MPScandroid to my phone, and am watching some of the YouTube tutorials. I've also began assembly of my MpSciLink 2.5 device. I have an 87 Daytona with...
Limited success. I finished assembly today, and I was able to get MPTune to flash the arduino. 7" touchscreen is working, I can get into clock settings, calibrate the display, etc.
Two problems...
I'm not sure what I'll want for a panel enclosure yet. My initial thought is I will be building a custom center console and mounting the panel in that.
Can you please ship these to me. I went to digi-key to order, but they are unfortunately out of the BAT54SLT1GOSCT-ND and saying there could be up to 16 weeks lead time.
I assume that I can still...
No worries - if you send me the pasrt #s, I will gladly order from a local supplier. I have accounts at several places.
Thanks for the soldering compliments. Many years ago, I worked at a custom...
That's perfect - thanks. So it seems that I was only given 4 .01 SMD capacitors, when I need 5, and am missing 4 I believe transistors. Thanks for the info on the DC-DC convertor - I'll finish...
