Did you retard or advance? How many deg's? That's a nice improvement for a cam timing adjust :)

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

Well, you put together a very smart build after already having your ducks in a row on your last build, so don't be surprised that it's making some good power! lol

Sides, this is a drop in the...

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

Really nice to see the changes you've made = positive results so fast! You've got a mid 11 sec car "as is", a little more boost + driving + tune = another 10 sec L body in 2012! (should be a guy...

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

Hey, WTF! Those guys have Way TOO big charge pipes! Total waiste of time as they can't possibly be making any more power through them. Don't they know they shoul;d be running 3" or less.............

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

Adjust can pressure with EBC or MBC, one thing I noticed quickly, grainger didn't work well at all, huge boost spikes and crap control. (prob way to strong of spring) I also used large vacum hoses...

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

Took a look at the two turbos and the W/G actuator looks identicle. Then I took a look through all of your pics and found one pic where I can see the threaded end on yours. SO, you DO have an adj W/G...

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

Never touched it. All I did was drill out the freeze dimple in the adj W/G can that came with the HE351 and I set it to it's lowest tension. Basically backed it off until the puck could spin, then...

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

The HE351 comes with an adj W/G can. Did you use that can? Did you drill out the "freeze" dimple and back it off to it's lowest tension?

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

The Charger was getting right around 40 with the stock cam, dropped just a bit (prob around 35-36) with the F4 but I haven't "dialed" in the tune as well as it was on the stocker yet. Although, I'm...

I hear ya, I can still slide over mine no problem, but I like how yours just miss the door arm rests. Mine run right across the back third and leave a slight impression.

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

Agreed, the merge of the turbine and W/G right off the turbo is the reason for running 3.5-4" exhaust. If this turbo did not have an internal W/G I would prob still be running 3" exhaust and dumping...

Looks good. How much room do you have for the exhaust between the turbine outlet and firewall?

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

Should be good to 380-400WHP, you can adjust your cal for whatever fuel you need in that range, but you may only be able to run 22-25psi boost before having to go to 72's.

    Re: ForcedFedMopar's 85 GLH-T

Turbo placement looks awesome! You might consider running the other style starter which would put your wires on the bottom and give a little more clearance on top.
