As soon as I get a chance, I will check the main bore of a 2.5 T1 with stock bolts.
I will install the ARP mains and check them again to see.
But it'll be a while...not this month.

Since this has come up and I am building 3 engines this month...
I dropped off 3 blocks at 3 different machine shops that I deal with.
One of the blocks, a Toyota MR2 Turbo (3SGTE) is getting ARP...
OK, but ask yourself why you use head studs instead of head bolts.
-Because of greater clamping force.
...which in turn "may" distort your main caps.
Mike
OK Simon :). Correct, they "can" distort on some engines due to various reasons.
It is best to have the main cap bore checked.
Align honing doesn't cost that much.
Align boring is what costs,...
Main caps are not like connecting rods. You do not have to align hone
when you change to ARP's...bolts or studs.

Price shipped on the front spindles/knuckles to 21061?
Do you have the headlights?
Thanks, Mike
Can't beat that!
If some one else is interested in the intercooler set-up, I'll take the GLHS radiator.
Thanks, Mike
Murphy, I have a T2 (GLHS). I can bring it with me. It has 70k. And LESS than $300 :)
I was getting ready to tell you about my T2 before my phone disconnected.
Mike
Barry, IIRC...I thought/heard that "an employee" from Comp Cams actually got the cam from Lambros...then Copied it/Stole it !
Mike
New GLHS wiring harness price?
Shipping to 21061
Thanks, Mike
Wow! have any more?
Mike
It is the other way around. Slider cams get the grooved caps for oiling.
PM sent.
Mike
I melted #3 piston in my GLHS and had about a quart of oil in the bottom of the intercooler.
The turbo was fine. Although, I did not have much smoke out the exhaust.
It did blow the dipstick out of...
Hmmm .... the thought that someone would give $3 for one sort of brings a tear to my eye. Never thought they cared that much ...
Barry
You should be crying your eyes out...it's up to $15
Mike
Wow...my ACR just turned over 54K last night. Most people are amazed that I have put that many miles on it.
Here is a page I found explaing the differences in the bearings. scroll down to the bottom for the chart.
I tried to copy and paste just the chart but it didn't come out right.
...
Brandon, I received the +20's on Tuesday just like you said.
Thanks, Mike
Sorry Nate
+20's stillll available? PM me payment info. Thanks, Mike
Or...step up to a .927 so you can run a Chevy lightweight pin for cheap :)
Also Gary's spec pistons did not include valve reliefs. Stronger design but limits valve lift to .460 (per Gary).
:ban: me? :)
The $800 Steve charges includes the latest greatest electric supercharger...shipped (even to Canada)
Yes reuse it. Your crank retains its own balance. It is not balanced with the rods and pistons. It is an opposing crank, 2 throws up and 2 throws down.
