i too think you should source another shift shaft and fork, if the fork is wobbling on the shaft, that is most likely the cause for the uneven wear and can't be helping the missed shifts either. now...

i was thinking the same thing, it looks like the one pad is worn more then the other,leading me to think a fork or something is bent or moving causing that wear.
