    Re: BadAss SRT-Z - 2.4L / A568 - Update!!!

Thought I had seen a little video you had made of it functioning.

Not terribly happy about their method of creation, especially since JT had a sickness for killing cases....

Htp221 also has independent amp control. Seen some good welds directly onto corroded intake manifold flanges with basically just a little stainless rotor wire brush and clean.

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z - 2.4L / A568 - Update!!!

I really don't know why people would add all the weight of the scatter shield and not add a little extra to make it structural for the whole end of the case that seems to keep failing. I have...

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z - 2.4L / A568 - Update!!!

Hmm, exoskeleton, full transmission brace that pieces together combining with a scatter shield that supports the bellhousing, preload with turnbuckles. Sounds plagerized from my posts posts a year...

I think I was pestering about this in some threads from last year but have you now considered caging the transmission end to end?

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z - 2.4L / A568 - Update!!!

Thanks for learning more about case weakness for the rest of us. In for pics

I was going over the incrementals early in the year and that cutout problem sure put you all over the map. made those...

JD, I think you need to spoil us with some pictures of the under car Ebrake cables.
My Duster still has a disaster of an Ebrake attempt from 9 years ago. It involved using the stock footbrake...

Hope preloading the drivetrain fully converted you to being gentle! Not sure what to make of pictures as I am so used to not seeing them.

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z - 2.4L / A568 - Update!!!

I would say its also an unknown if our cases are already flexing in that location and that added space helps your teeth chip and then murder the gearset. I know your cases were probably recently...

Is this stuff on facebook? Frank's picture ban stick is working you hard.

No thoughts to weld the case? Nissan guys do it with success when careful. They do it to help with gear separation, and...

Just thinking about what Findanza's look like after most people have put abuse through them.

I definitely would rather clutch my way out of damage than go looking in the empty junkyards. Reaper1...

I never quite understood how those extreme light flywheels are supposed to deal with heat, especially when they are made with aluminum.

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z - 2.4L / A568 - Update!!!

As long as you get the right heat range I would try some champions. Try to make sure its really a plug quality issue before endlessly diagnosing your other systems. Part quality falling off is a bad...

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z - 2.4L / A568 - Update!!!

Trying to cut a good light (causing impatience) probably makes it doubly hard to slip the clutch. If you can avoid worrying then that would be nice.

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z - 2.4L / A568 - Update!!!

Breaking an axle must put you back to thinking about what you are giving up on your E.T. for a car that still breaks. I think you of all cars would benefit from driveline preload with a staging...

    Re: BadAss SRT-Z - 2.4L / A568 - Update!!!

Maybe try the Denso version of whatever NGK is selling you. I ran the Denso version of Simon's favorite plug because that is what AZ carried and was easier to pick up in a pinch. I agree that powder...
