Check the voltage of the led. It should be at 2.8 to 3.3 volts. Usually they only stay lit if the voltage is too high.

Only thing I'd personally do is run an external wastegate and have tons of added benefits as well.

Upgrade the bushings in the rear, then do the sways and braces.
