ohh.... the thin outer housing not the disk of the thermostat right?

i've read somewhere about ya'll drilling a hole in the thermostat no bigger than a 1/16th inch but i'm not sure what for can some one explain this?:o

new rotors and pads a few weeks ago. but i found it i made a a$$-hat mistake and forgot to tighten the left front lug nuts. 4 loose 1 tight couldn't believe myself.

the wastegate is functioning properly i guess i don't see anything over 10-11 psi the car drove great. it has a wierd noise that sounds like rubbing on the tire but i don't see any thing . only...

im finding that out more and more every day. today is the first test drive w/ actual fuel pressure.

the bracket is thin and im not sure how to mount it with that funny shaped hole.i slid the foam down so it easier to see.

i can't seem to mount my new fuel pump in the old bracket. the little foam covering to the pump seems to be in the way but i need it in the mounting bracket to take up the space and make the pump...

got it cleaned and a new walbro 255 to replace the busted stocker hopefully i'll be driving tonight

does the 255lph wahlbro fuel pump replace just the in tank pump or does it replace both in tank and external pumps?

2: will it mount to the existing piping in the tank or do i have to buy new...

the JY's around here have to punch holes in the tanks they can't have fuel in them. and coincidentally scrap metal prices are a 280 per ton so the JY's sell off their cars to make more money= slim...
