Seriously, make offer.
You pay for shipping and a box and its yours.
I got this by mistake, it came from a 93 2.2 shadow.
I had it re-surfaced at a machine shop for $45 and when I went to bolt my pressure plate on it wouldn't line up. Guess they made two sizes.
...
It was a very simple turbo to rebuild, but I believe I damaged the compressor shaft, so I was hoping to find a shop that would have spare parts from stock holsets setting around as opposed to buying...
So I rebuilt my holset (hy35 I think) a few years (and maybe 300 miles ago.....)
It was relatively easy, but I screwed up. I'm pretty sure I twisted the shaft when I was removing the compressor,...
Just mailed out some stuff.
There are two "mags" left, and the conversion cam gears.
The rest of the dash stuff is pending.
OK.
There are two "magazines" unclaimed.
I'm out of large envelopes so I'll have to buy one if you want one.
Although, with an estimate of $1 for an envelope and paypal fees, I bet I could...
Sorry everyone, this is going to take a little longer that I expected, blew up a engine on the DD today. Don't worry, I will get it out! I'll get everything ready to ship before I take anyones...
Post office says $2.40 in an envelope. I'll have to see if I have any envelopes here or if I'll have to buy them.
How about a pay it forward thread?
I'll offer up some stuff for free, you pay shipping. If you have some stuff you have no use for but someone else may, feel free to stick it on this thread.
As...
I have that amsoil stuff in my 523, it says 5-30 trans oil, approved for gm synchromesh and chrysler transmissions.
I've only put maybe 500 miles on it so far, but it seems to work great. It...
I made a spontaneous order over the weekend then realized I needed something else,
FWD performance was kind enough to combine the shipping and not bill me twice for the two different orders I made...
Today I ran a true return line from the test port (AN-4 I believe).
It runs a million times better but still leans out in 3rd+ gears at 3800+ rpm.
So it looks like its probably the fuel pump.

Ford ranger push bar. Doesn't fit perfect but close enough. ...
What idler pulley are you using?
You may have to use the older "tall deck" 2.5 idler pulley.
Cut down 2.5 common block head bolts with unknown history.
Studs are probably a good choice! No failures here yet however.
Just thinking oil change. 2.4 filter in the wheel well. Maybe a pita, but the easy access on the front of the commonblock leaks dirty oil all over the alternator harness and the heater hose. Long...
2.4 swap IMO.
Didn't the srt-4 have a crank trigger on the crank itself? The neon DOHC cam sensor is supported in mega-squirt, and the stock HALL pickup is one adaptor plate and wire set away...
:D :thumb:
I'm gonna go ahead and say it is hard to do.
If you are getting the block decked after you put the plugs in, your pretty much going to do a full rebuild. JB weld does work, but some people don't...
I'm not sure I follow you. You could have run one line to the head and kept the plug in the second galley, no "T" or 90 needed. Unless you modified the head? Or you know something I don't?
Yes, it is a F400B. As far as I remember it was the only 1/4" npt flow control valve the grainger store had in their catalog. It was like $40 w/a commercial account through my work! Much more than...
Looks cool!
Just curious why you ran separate oil lines to each galley in the head. Did you do something that separates them in the head?
First, that looks awesome.
Now, a problem with solid copper lines is "work hardening." That's why you don't use it for brake lines and fuel lines. It gets stressed from being bent, and if you...
Thats interesting. I had a needle valve in the mockup stages and swapped it out for a parker "flow control" valve before the first start.
I just leave the valve wide open, as once hot it doesn't...
