Got my test SMEC all sealed up.
I really wish I could have found some clear flexible potting instead of this electronics RTV silicone. It encapsulates , but can't see through it....
Oh and looks like I forgot to mention here, on the modified SMEC, the selector switch wiring connector looks like it will clear the lower half of the case without the need to reshape anything.
