Buy some Chinese channel locks and drill holes in the end (on the side of the jaws) and insert metal dowels or roll pins, and now you have adjustable snap-ring pliers.
I used a wire brush and it didn't take long (on die grinder)...it will get ugly again fast.

Pump gas octane is boasted because of the ethanol content. However you need to richen it up a tad due to the ethanol. A true high octane gas such as c16 can be run leaner to make more power before...

If anything the restrictor would raise oil pressure to the bottom end some...I've had no FMS leak issues.
My oil pressure was always a bit high. I have a modified 2.2/2.5 oil restrictor in place and had to restrict oil to the turbo.

Try taking the limiter up. In fact, take it up until you spin horribly.

Did you plug the BS hole? Is it still plugged? If not it is likely a bearing issue == fubar.
