I would guess it is a fuel issue, my GLHS use to do something similar, it ended up finally getting bad enough that the pump became obvious, didn't matter if it was hot or not. I have had hall effects...

Yes...plenty of air, should be able to support two air buffers at once, but we only have one regulator so bring one, if you have one.
