anyone know a paint code for the gold fiberride wheels ? or a close match will do
anyone know 100% what dash harness is in these cars? is it the regular 89 turbo dash harness or something custom, i'd like to try to make a second simplified harness for the engine but want to use...
never noticed the difference looks like the oem is the lowest and has a bigger lip. 4th one pictured is a razzi body kit, i have the same one
but there not the same as the 90 vnt, i did some repairs on mine and on the 89 csx harness the plugs aren't the same as the 90 stuff for the sub harnesses, so its definitely a shelby part id say...
might not help much but heres a shelby 1 pc valve cover that sold for $300

but the csx ones are fiberglass there isn't a metal support in them, well there isnt in mine...
theres a few small screws in the lower lip of the door, at each corner and 1 or 2 in the middle that need to be removed the top is just double sided tape
the ones om mine where plastic and fanned out , except i think the center was metal

the thing is i can get the same paint as the engine bay for around $200 for the base coat $150 for...
i'll probably be putting off haveing the body painted for a while, the match on the engine bay paint wasn't as close to original color as i would have liked so i checked into a different paint...
thanks cant wait to get it running again all it needs now is fuel/ vac lines and intercooler piping

thanks guys, the color isnt exactly right but once its together it shouldn't be that noticeable, whole thing started when i went to change the clutch, now everythings getting cleaned up
ended up painting the engine bay on my csx , started cleaning it last week when i took the engine out but too much paint was missing and alot more came off when washing it

cant tell you the car # but i can tell you the vin based on the plate, if you have the csx vin list that would get you the number
