..ah so basically they salvage body parts for you. the only really annoying parts on the j-bodies to reconstruct is the rocker panels.

I am desperately TRYING to find body parts for my J body. besides front fenders.. I can find nothing.

YUP! I had that head too. Send it for scrap. Bought it brand new $750 from NAPA. Lasted till the first good top end all out race. WIERDLY overheated and oil pressure took a dump. DITCH IT!

Sounds like when I did my own engine in my back yard. I had may rods,crank done at a machine shop,block inspected,head inspected. I bought new pistons,rings and all new bearings and a new oil pump....
