doesnt matter where its made from....they produce 100's of thousands of master cylinders...you would be an idiot to beleive every single one will not be defective.

I've seen BRAND NEW master cylinders fail also, there is no full proof method for master cylinders. I personally see no issue in either new, or remanned.
