    I think you can use the Toothed Wheel decoder with an 85 distributor. It has 4 teeth for the ignition signal with a half moon for cylinder #1 I believe. I will find out soon as I bought one to test. ...

    i suppose the diyautotune knock board for the MS3 technically is a separate knock controller though its integrated into the MS3 and controlled by the software.

    Yes it is. I used that and tunerstudio on buddies megasquirt cars.

    5.0 mustang and a 97 eclipse with the Chrysler 2.0 that he turbocharged.

    Makes it real nice to tune.

    timing you most definitely can.

    fuel.... fuel is a little stickier. you could calculate a map of pulsewidths from a solidly tuned cal to get the shape of the VE map. then measure what VE value...
