when the pads are worn the fork isn't able to completely slide the sleeve over the synchros and into gear.

my 555 isn't able to get into 2nd gear. i popped the upper cover off to inspect the 1-2...

3M makes a single use kit for headlight polishing. professional kits cost about 250 bucks but can be used countless times.

the pro kit comes with a DA sander, and a polisher gun, 500, 800, 1000,...

always disconnect the sway bar at both sides. it'll make life soooo much easier.
