Megasquirt can run on 3 different modes. Speed Density(MAP/TPS driven), Alpha-N(MAF driven), and then a third one for the use of individual throttle bodies. Don't recall the name of it.

I thought Megasquirts launch control was activated by a switch? Maybe you're forgetting to turn it off? I've heard it can also be used as a valet mode lol
