Not at all. I would say yes if there were alot of twisting play, but there wont be. Each bolt whole will be no bigger then nessecary, and in addition, this adapter almost needs to be pressed on to...

It is supposed to work in any 413 based tranny... including the v6 and neon. I will verify that though.
Would you be interested in a group buy that provdes the spacer and the fasteners to allow you to adapt a OBX/Quaife to a A413 style transmissions?
