Mike is correct, you will need to run at least 17" wheels.
The flange for the strut is wider for the SRT4, but I've heard of people modifying it to fit. You could also always go to 2nd gen Neon...

I think just the adapter bracket and hoses. There *was* a kit a good many years ago that had the correct bracket, but I doubt it's around anymore. You might get lucky and the SRT4 one could work, but...
