Has this been stored laying flat or standing on end?
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. It has BC coilovers on it and 215/45R17s. I haven't really attempted to get it any lower and/or stuffed. It used to rub with 225/45R17s, and i believe they rub...

I don't want to attend if unk D is gonna be sober at any point during the bash. It'll make me look really drunk.

Blocking what off on the block? There is no tstat housing on the block.
As of right now, with my current intake the tstat housing is still on the intake. I'm going to use that until I figure out another intake.
Got to working on it a little more, and its coming together. Had to make a clearance dent in the firewall for the turbo, no big deal, it's just a k-car beat away. Still havent done the wiring, no...

All 3 TBI engines I've had had the TS heads on them.
No they need to be round tooth. That's why your belt won't fit right.
The same belt that you have. I'm having no issues with belt fitment. What hole do you have your tensioner in?
I have the same belt, and I am using a tall deck tensioner. I had to take the tensioner clean off to get the belt on,and the tall deck tensioner seems to be at its limit for adjustment. I may have to...
Oil feed is wherever you think its easiest for you. Oil drains have to be at the lowest point in the head or the oil will puddle before it drains. Pressure equalization line is high up in the block...
I'm using the stratus intake for the time being. My custom intake is being made. I'm running a tall deck timing belt tensioner flipped around and mounted in the bottom hole for the power steering...
