Bump...someone buy this or make an offer!
sold!
That's really awesome of you, but mine's got the older bushings.
So my car throws the belt if I hammer on it a little. I've been through probably 4 belts in the last week or so....one I happened to get lucky and found on the road undamaged.
Last night it threw...
You know I'm in!
Well...seems to be with the flashable SBEC's....at least two people with them having the exact same issue....I think it's interesting that the stumble disappeared with a stock SBEC and 2 bar MAP.
Holy crap man, what you describe is EXACTLY what happens with mine! 64-65 MPH seems to be the key speed for some reason. I have experienced the exact same symptom of almost like it's on the limiter...
Ok, so I got a new coil from Napa and a set of BR9ES plugs. All the old plugs looked fine...pulled number 4 and it looked fine...then I tilted the plug for some reason and the ceramic insulator slid...
Been driving it the last few days and the level of crap running seems to change....but these are some symptoms I've been dealing with.
1. Went to leave work at 8PM...it was dark! Headlights...
This seems throttle specific instead of RPM....like anything under a quarter pedal runs like butt....but lean into it a bit more and it smooths out and runs great. Hooked a scanner up this past...
Yeah they do...I noticed a couple of them were a little loose. I'll tighten them up and see if that works....that'd be awesome if that's what it was.
edit: No dice. No change
Blew out the vacuum block before work.....no obstructions in the lines. I guess this enhances the sleeper status because people think I'm a lame duck in the lane with my car farting and missing...
That's some great advice! I'll check it out. I have a vacuum block and just sealed it up with Teflon tape!
Ok, so I got my rewelded intake back on...car makes plenty of boost now. I got into it some on the way home and managed to get about 25psi. The car starting missing pretty bad at part throttle and...
That's awesome....that pic gets around...I don't even have an instagram account!
I got the intake back this morning with the much needed improvements.

What about a stock 2 piece?
Yeah...I don't know who did the manifold...not the best design for sure. The mounting plate looks like a Lengel but the rest is home made.
Yeah....a guy I know(https://www.fathousefab.com/) with a decent rep for being a great welder is going to go over all the welds and gusset the plenum....hopefully it works well.
So..unfortunately I didn't heed the danger to the manifold....my floorboard ejected itself in spectacular fashion and decapitated some poor ricer....I managed to blow the welds on the intake. ...
Please move this thread or delete....I posted in the wrong spot obviously....

bwahahahaha
The roller that goes into the track on my driver's side power window has snapped off the window arm. Is there any replacement sources out there?
Thanks Wayne and Brian!
I appreciate your advice!
I'm not the one who installed the intake....so I'm not sure the condition of the gasket. I can get a ratchet on 3 of the bolts, but the others are either too shallow or in the way of the intake...
