    Wrong.

    Why do you think they weigh the rods,pistons,pins,clips and rings when they balance a crank. They then use a bob weight to these specs when they spin the crank on the machine.

    What is the voltage on the CEL line when it is not activated. If it is just an open circuit I don't see why it would not work with the pullup resistor when the line is grounded.

    You can't read a wideband with a voltmeter. They need a controller for the heater circuit. That's why their not cheap. Lot's of info here. http://wbo2.com
