    Re: 17x8 rpf1 wheels

It does not appear to, but wheel width should not effect section width of the tire very much (within the acceptable rim size for a given tire)

    Re: Regulating vacuum

You can actually use a Grainger valve for this.

Re: ATI Superdamper-is it worth the money?

I would say it's more about RPM than power. If you plan to remove the balance shafts and spin it high, I would say go with the ATI damper. If not, stock should be fine.

    Re: Oil pan install

I agree with Dr. Dodge. I wouldn't use RTV on the rails. It might seal well, but if you ever have to remove the pan, especially with the engine in the car, you'll understand why it's a bad idea.

I remember a discussion about which cores supposedly had the strongest inners, but I do not remember which. Of the ones I have seen break, it seems to be right at the inner at the diff, which would...

    Re: Boost drifting downward

Could be a few reasons for that. One of the more common reasons is that exhaust backpressure overcomes the wastegate as RPM rises. If this is the issue, you can add some wastegate spring tension and...

  13. Re: Would like opinions on the fitment of these wheels

Agreed. Wheel weight effects every aspect of a vehicle's performance and ride. The lighter the better.
  14. Re: Would like opinions on the fitment of these wheels

I tried to post an image of estimated fitment, but it didn't work.

Oddly enough, one of the few cracked 2.2/2.5 crankshafts I have seen in person was on one that had been adapted to accept a harmonic balancer.

Re: TCE Performance big brake kit

I am betting good pads on the stock calipers will provide more stopping power than any tire you could properly fit on a heavy, narrow, stock pumper wheel.
